As reported August 1 by another complainer, Numberhawk.com and phoneagentsource.com are the same company - supposedly in Utah. They have non-existent websites and non-operational phone number (same for both companies).
Their scam is to offer identity shield protection when you search a phone number for $1.00. Even when you decline the protection they bill your credit card. Supposedly for a one time charge for $18.95 for a year. But they keep billing your credit card each month for $18.95.
They billed me - or tried to for the past several months - but I have disputed the charges and put a block on all further billings from them with my credit card company.
These are scam artists that the FBI or another law enforcement agency needs to catch up with soon.
