Three (3) times I needed a phone from T-Mobile and I admit the first time was my fault. But then they sent me another phone and within a few days, I had problems. I would go off unexpectedly and then finally, it just laid on the 'NOKIA" screen. I spoke to an online rep and another phone was ordered and this time the same issue!
Are they not being checked before shipping? Are they made in CHINA, ASIA; where they pay them $.95 an hour!
I am not pleased with this company at all and compared to other non-contract cell phone companies, T-Mobile comes up SHORT.
