I ordered 1 bottle of the acai berry from an add on the internet. It claimed no charge just pay shipping. I did not read anything that said once you ordered there would be automatic monthly shipments in the amount of $79. I saw this charge on my credit card the following month so I called the company. I told them I had not ordered a second bottle and the charge had been made 3 weeks prior and I had not even received anything from them. They told me I would have to file a police report and fax them a copy. Yeah right!! What a rip off!!!

I also ordered a free sample, paid the shipping and handlling and then was very surprised to see that orders came in the mail. The product that I ordered did absolutely nothing for me so there was no reason for me to order any more.

i ordered the sample product .dident care for it so i never ordered it but that made no difference to the company so when i recieved another package i called and was told they couldent find me in thier system, althou they were able to find and charge me, the next month recieved another order called and recived a #to return products waited 3 weeks still was not refunded so i called again and was told they never recieved the products back BUT I HAD A TRACKING #and then all a sudden they seen where it was returned but would still only recredit 1 order..not only will i never order anything from this company i hope they go under for beingCROOKS

I was told after returning the product, that my 30 days warranty started when I first placed the order. Although mailed product back before time expired, claimed they recieved on time, Package was stamped days before the time limit. Kept product, but never returned my refund. At this time $59.95 is a lot of money to me, especially being on disability with a fixed income.

I received unsolicited product from these people and they had fraudulently charged my American Express Card. I cancelled the transaction with Amex and called Nutra Lane to tell them I never ordered the product. Then they sent me a dunning letter for $79.90
