I received phone call from Nutrafit in Saint George, Utah the person was David Talley. He asked if I would like to try diet pill called Brazilian Gold for only $11.94 and I also order for my daughter for another $11.94. It was to be sent to me which I received in about 10 days and after I received it I had 10 days to try it and order more or cancel. I cancelled on February 27th and they took out two Visa debits out of my checking for $79.95 each a total of $159.90 unauthorized. I called them and they said I would have to wait until I received merchandise and return them. They gave me return #s to put on packages one was RMA 464175 and RMA 464176. I did that on March 9, 2010 and did a delivery comfirmation # thru US Postal Service which I received confirmation it was delivered on March 11, 2010. They told me my refund would be back in my account within 7 days. I called them 5 times and every time they had an excuse it was put in computer correctly or it would take 3 weeks to get refund. Always an excuse, but today they told me I would have to go thru my bank to dispute it which will take another 75 days. Why should I have to do this when I returned the merchandise and did everything properly. What should I do? It has been over 40 days now. I am very concerned and want my money back.
