I will never deal with with these people again
I was charged for monthly recurring charge, BUT, I never even received the trial!! They threatened me with a collection agency. I have sent them 4 emails, and their response is " Please correct your order". I will never deal with with these people again. Period.!!

I had been automatically charged $79.90
I ordered a free sample in Late July and by July 31 had been automatically charged $79.90. To date I have not received anything from the company. I e-mail the company (at least I think I did, all the addresses and names are confusing) asking that the auto shipments be stopped immediately.
Is NutraLane is also known as Pharmazal LLC or is associated with Pharmazal in Arvada, Colorado, at 877-242-1376.

I did not give authorization to take my money
I was contacted by phone by a nutralane sales rep. trying to talk me into trying their producted. I had already ordered the same product a week prior and didn't need anymore. She said she would send me a sample of something alittle different and it would cost me $.99 and I would not recieve any further billings or products and I would not have to do anything. Approx. a week later I recieved the product as promised but about 2 days after that there was a charge on my card for $87.13 for this product. I have tried calling and emailing and have been unable to get anywhere. I did not give authorization to take this money and I would like to get my money refunded, I would be more then happy to send the product back if they want it. I'm not sure what to do next.

Can't do business this way
I ordered the "free trial" and was charged even after returning the unused portion. i was told it was a free trial not a free "sample! Oh!!! Silly me! I guess I was just supposed to look at it. Can't do business this way! There is too much competion out there, that has what's called customer service!

This company should be ashamed
I ordered a free sample of a product and paid shipping and handling. The advertising was very clear that it was a one-time order and that there was no obligation to purchase additional product. When the product arrived, a slip in the package stated that I would receive two additonal packages of the product next month for $70 and that an additional two packages of the product wil be shipped to me every 45 days following. Nowhere in my original order did I agree to such an approach and nowhere in the original advertising did it mention such an obligation. This is clearly fraudulent and I would warn all consumers to avoid this company at all costs. I will also be filing a complaint against this company in every website I can find, including filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. This company should be ashamed.

This is certainly some type of fraud
I never ordered this product! I did order Reservatrol. I recieved a charge on my credit card for $3.97 apartently for shipping. I called and was told I have an account and product on the way. I have to now return this product by a certain date or I will be charged $79.90. This is certainly some type of fraud. I still beleve they owe me my money back and I should not have to have the expense of returning something I did not order.

This product is a rip off i want to cancel my vip beware in the end it will cost 70.90 when i olny wanted the trial period but can never get ahold of anyone to cancel.

Refund policy is not correct
I purchased 3 bottles of slim seduction and 2 bottles of Lipmatrix. I used them both for almost 30 days found not results, call company to return, only had 2 days to return for full refund, well I missed the date, now I am suck for over 153.00 in a charge, with no product, now they say I have to purchased another product, I will not find any results with, refund policy is not correct.

I am so angry that you have charged my account 4 times when I clearly accepted the trial order only. And because I didn't see the warning on the bottom of the package in small letters and just didn't accept the next sent order and returned it now for the 3rd time, I am charged $69 3 times!!! I made it clear that I did not want future orders but you sent them anyway and because you have a scam to count on busy people not reading the outside tiny warning about returns now, you have charge me over $300 on my account. I am writing Oprah who endorses you. Shame on you!!! Please credit my account. Nana Whittington 1989478 account #. I can't afford this and you took advantage of me.

Never received a product
I ordered Acai Berry Edge on May 10 and never got it. I then called them and they sent me another order on May 18. Today is May 31 and 21 days from the first order so they say that they are taking 80 dollars out of my account because its a computer that takes out the money and they have no way of stopping it. Unless i return it they will not give me my money back, but I never got anything so there is nothing to return.
