I received this notice by e-mail saying that I was all set with canceling my order & no more charges will be billed on my credit card. (SEE DOWN BELOW)
I also called to cancel my order because the product makes me break out and I was told I called on the 14th day but I will not receive any more product or get charged and nothing was shipped out to me, as of that day. That is when I learned that shipping time was part of our 14 day trial. Even if I only used the trial sample for 8 days. You people count shipping time as part of our trial period.
That alone is sneaky...It does not specify that in your advertisement that shipping time is part of our trial period, how are we suppose to try it during shipping??
Then yesterday 4/6/09 I received a package from you people which I did not open. I called today & spoke to Patrick in customer service and I was told I have to ship it back to you with a RMA # at my cost & you are only credit me for $78.98 instead of $87.99. It is costing me again to ship it back because you people still sent me the product after I canceled & after you said I was all set. In your advertisement it says free trial only pay shipping which I did $3.95. and now I have to pay again to ship it back & pay for the unauthorized shipment that you sent me after I had been canceled.
I have the e-mail to prove it.
I also asked Patrick to speak to a supervisor which Patrick would not let me speak to a supervisor. I think this is fraud billing & I will look into it further if my credit card is not totally credited back the full amount.
Please credit me back the whole amount to my credit card or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau & to the Attorney General.
