I have NEVER ordered stuff from this company. I cannot get them to STOP sending me the garbage produce that DOES NOT work as a weight loss product. Their 1-800 number is always busy and there is not enough address on the bottle to send the product back to the Florida Custormer Support Center. They take funds from my bank account without my authorization. I have to change my bank account number to keep them from stealing more of my money.

As I can see lots have been scammed into this free trial and phoning them is a totally frustrating endeavour. SO I will live and learn but immmediatley cancelled my credit card. It is interesting that there is a Cease and Desist order by North Dakota Attourney General against individuals associated with a number of companies one of which is, guess who, Nutrigenic Life LLC.

The fellow I talked with today kept saying I didn't read the agreement about the trial period, when it clearly said 30 day free trial on the internet, and even if it stated that it was actually a 10 day free trial before you were charged the full amount buried in the fine print, many of us had charges to our credit cards even before the the 10 days were up. Even shipping to Canada the charges were only about an additional $5.00 so the actual charge should only have been less than $10.00

Two days after I recieved my 'trial bottle' I went to see my cardiologist. He said I could not take this product because it had Phenylethylamine in it and it would be bad for my heart condition. I called the company that I got it from and they said my account would be canceled. A few weeks later my bank account was chaged $87.47. I called them again. The representative was very rude, and kept insisting that I had not called them to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 15 minutes. She finally told me they would not give me a refund. She was also very rude. They said they had no notation that I had called to cancel further shipments, but they would cancel my account. I to am visiting my bank to have them file fraudulant charges. They have already canceled my card number so no more charges can be made to my account.. THIS IS A SCAM...do not buy from this company. I hate the knowledge that somesone is sitting where-ever getting rich off of all the scams they are condoning. BEWARE, that in these hard times there are just too many people out there making money from the emotional needs of others.
