BEWARE!! SCAM!!

I placed an order for Diet Max trial. I cannot even testify to whether or not it is a good product since the company has upset me to the point that I no longer care to take the pills.

I called on October 27, 2010 to cancel my subscription. I was "disconnected" by 5 separate customer service staff. I remained calm and never raised my voice. I am not sure as to why but it is my belief that their staff is trained to "disconnect" calls from customers that care to cancel their subscription prior to actually obtaining a confirmation number therefore hoping you run out of time to call back resulting in another charge to your credit card account.

I decided to do some research online to perhaps find another, more productive solution to calling that same number back (1-800-320-2983). The net is flooded with complaints on this company. An unbelievable number of people have had similar experiences to mine. Please do not become another victim of this scam.

I did finally reach someone at 1-877-792-4264 that claims to have cancelled my subscription. I received a cancellation confirmation number and a reference number to follow up with.

This is a busy life and I do not have time to deal with this scam further but I will make time!!
