Like many others as I can see, I was scammed by this company. Shame on us for actually thinking that this would be a reputable company. Obviously, it is not-we need to do something others will not fall into the same situation. We know that they have a planned result for any scenario that comes up. They even thought to send the product to a bogus address and use the delivery confirmation saying "I received the product, even after cancelling within the allowable time frame. I checked the confirmation and informed them, it was not sent to my address. They still would not refund. I have put in a dispute with my bank, but two of the charges are already outside the eligible period, shame on me for believing they had cancelled my order. I never received the email-another ploy. This company is making a lot of money on unsuspecting consumers and will continue until stopped.

This is wrong! Just look at the complaints, I'm sure these are just a few. I informed "Steven" (supervisor)when I spoke to him today what I expected from them or I would take further action. I'm sure he just laughed. I intend to do just as I said. I will start with the BBB's, AG's. Here is MA, I believe Scott Brown is a man that will care that his constituents are being scammed along with the rest of the country and internationally. This company has an address in London also and goes under several different names. I believe a class action suit is warranted. All we need a angry Lawyer or his family that may have been scammed. Keep detailed notes, you may need them.
