I also have Sent for and received a "free" batch (60 caps) of supposed weight loss pills, sure I was charged £2.67 for shipping e.t.c for which I readily accepted. But when I was charged £57.46 Seven days later, I was gobsmacked to say the least. Having gone to my bank three days ago to make sure no other payment was withdrawn in the future by this company, I was informed to read the small print in the terms and condition, realising they have me by the goolies . The on -line advert suggests a phone number for the states and another for International calls as the way of cancelling any future order, but I cannot for the life of me get through to either number.
Upon searching the company all I come across are pages & pages of dissatisfied customers who like me can't get any justise. I am still at the early stage of trying to either a: get a refund (doubtful) or b: stop more payments being made by me by unauthorised withdrawals, but my bank tell me there is nothing they can do because it was a "debit" card transaction. I now have to ring up the Premium rate bank fraud hotline to rectify this and as my second "batch" is due forthwith, then I'd better get my act together before I'm royally S*****d. for £123 in total for a pot of S**te
So if anybody has a phone number for the London office (in English) it would be much appreciated and any suggestions would go down well too.
Good luck should anybody came across this bunch of N'er do wells
