I have my vehicle financed through Nuvell Credit. I too was treated very nicely for a while. Then I was getting calls if my payment was 2 or 3 days late. Due to the way I get paid sometimes I would be up to 5 days late but I have never been past 5 days.<br />

The complaint I have is that not only am I harrased at work but called on my cell phone up to 3 times a day which is uncall for.<br />

On August 21, 2009 I called and made a payment over the phone authorizing them to debit my bank account. Got a confirmation #. Two days later I get a call from a young lady that was not very nice as to why had I not made my payment for Aug. Told her I had done it gave her the amount and told her what day I had called. She tells me that there was nothing on my account indicating that I had called or that the payment was done and at the time I had all my info at home. I got called again and again so I went on the internet and did a payment on Aug 25, 2009. Well needless to say they took the payment first that I did on the internet and then the took the orginal request that I had done over the phone. Right now I am struggling with them to give me back the payment made on the internet. The reason I have demand it was because they kept telling that I had not done the one on the phone and they way I was treated. To top it all they wanted me to fax my bank statement with all my information so that they could reimburse one of the payments back. Advised them that I was not going to do that. To top it off they admitted that they had made a mistake and yet they do not want to reimburse one payment back. When you are treated bad you retaliate back. I have been doing accounting for over twenty years and I that if I make a mistake I apologise and correct it never do I ask for the customer to send me their personal info to correct my mistake. I have learned a lesson that before I do business with a company I will check to see if there are any complaints on them. Good customer service goes a long way.
