On June 22, 2010 I called Nuvell to see if I could do a payment due date change. The rep was very nice and asked why we needed to do this and I explained that we get paid every two weeks and a due date change would ensure that our payment would be paid before our due date as compared to being paid on the due date or a few days after. The rep checked our account to see if we were "eligible" and she stated that we were and that there would possibly be a small fee for the due date change, I stated that would be fine, she then put me on hold and came back and stated that there would NOT be any fee! I told her that was fantastic. She stated that she was sending a form to me for us to sign and we should recieve it in approximately 5-7 business days! I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do, she stated no and I said ok, somy next payment is due on July 15 and she stated YES! Then I asked her, do I have to make my payment for June 25 and she said NO, and, again, I said, so my next payment is due July 15 and she stated YES! I left for vacation on June 26. On July 2, 2010 I recieved 3 missed calls from them and when I called them back they wanted to make payment arrangemnts for the June 25 payment. I explained that we did a due date change and I was told that NO your "request" was denied!!! I said absolutely NOT, I was told it was a done deal on June 22 - well this has lead to many conversations and supervisor talks and it was left that this matter was being transferred to "Operations" and someone would call me back. July 3, recieved 4 phones, which I did not answer 3 of them and answered the 4th one and it led to an argument and I hung up on them, July 5 another phone call that led to a yelling match, as of today still no answer as to whether or not they are going to honor the MISTAKE AND LIE that their employee told me! I am soooo mad about this situation and to make matters worse I had a rude, foreign, jacka** call me this morning and wanted to quote rules and regulations to me - I hung up on him. He basically accused me of not being able to make my payment, which really pissed me off, because we have not had a late payment in over 2 years and the reason for the due date was to balance my bills every two weeks and a benefit for them to get there payment early!!! I told the rep, "you informed me that this conversation maybe recorded, so you need to pull the recording from June 22 and don't call me again until they reviewed that conversation and realize that your employee lied and it is your responsibility to honor what your employeed did and that I will NOT be held responsible for any consquences from your employee!! They are ruthless liars and I hate the fact that we needed a vehicle 3 1/2 years ago and had no other option - can not wait til my loan is finished! I am checking into legal action against them, especially after seeing all these complaints.
