NWA lost my daughters luggage in Detroit and despite finding it,
failed to deliver it in a timely manner. In spite of repeated phone
calls to customer service providing all the requested information
and guarantees that the bag would be delivered promptly, she has
not been contacted about delivery which was supposed to occour
today. The suitcase has perishables of which they were notified.
NWA staff are the most incompetent on the planet. NWA customer
service is obnoxious. Airlines should be held accountable for such
gross negligence and should be forced to pay stiff penalties.
