stolen funds
This is the second month that i have received a charge from this company. I access their site to try to fix it and have had no luck. Their site claims to refund money in the last 30 days however when i filled out the refund form and slicked continue there was a site error again when i tried to cancel my membership which I have no idea how i got one. Does any one have any useful info on getting this handled?

Fraudulent Charges
This company has fraudulently charged my credit card 8 different times. They have charged my credit card for as low as $1.00 to as much as $39.95. I have no business with this company. When I called this company to ask about these charges, the ycouldn't tell me what the charges were for. I told them that I wanted these charges removed from card and they said they would do that, but it would take 2 to 3 months... which obviously is way way too long. I said, that's ok, I'm gonna call my bank. So, I called my bank and that would be the best option for you. You will not receive the credits that they tell you you would get. This is a fraudulent company and I have no idea how they got my information. If you have issues with this company, the only thing you can do is contact your credit card company and let them know of these charges and have their fraud department investigate them.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
NWKAG HAS CHARGED $9.95 TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, I WILL BE CALLING THE POLICE ON THIS MATTER. I ONLY GET $637.00 A MONTH IN DISABILITY AND CAN NOT AFFORD THIS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT.

Unautherized withdraw from checking account
I have been having funds withdrawn from my checking acct and have no idea who or why this is happening I would like it to stop and my funds put back into my acct. I really hope you can help Thank you for your prompt action.

I just got my credit card bill and there is a charge from some company I have never heard of NWKAG.com for 9.95. How is this possible? people can just charge my card? I want my money back!
