I ordered a product sample for $1.00 from the internet/phone. 30 days later I received my sample an extremely small tube of paste to whiten my teeth. When I received a charge bill for $171.65 with a foreign currency transaction fee of $1.70 I was in total shock. I have tried to resolve this matter over the phone to find that the person on the other end was in a foreign country and unable to resolve this problem due to a lack of communication and ability to connect me with someone who totally could understand me as well as him/her. I received nothing more than a sample in the mail and feel that it definitely isn't worth $171.65 and would like to receive a refund of money charged to my account. Please help me resolve this matter in a timely manner. Looking forward to your response.
