I was told that i can make my 2 payments in July and call back next month meaning august to start my hartship with the company. I got 2 phone calls on my cell phone while i was at work and they were harrissing me about my payments. i told they once i was at work on july 26 i would call them on friday, jult 30. i couldnt do that because i was called into work and i didnt get home until late. also this past tuesday, aug 3 they also called on my cell while i was at work again. they didnt leave any messages about calling them back. then today aug 7 they called me at home about 130 pm and didnt leave a message and then called on my cell phone. the phone number came up number resisted and i answered and they started to bitch to me about my payments. i was trying to tell them the story but they would not let me speak to either the person that called me or the supervisor didnt really let me speak. no one told me there was a deadline to call in to make the payment and to get started on the hartship program. i am very very hurt about this. i think i should have to pay anything since i been getting harressed about his. i really dont think that people like me that try to make payments monthly have their bills keep getting hire and hire and not able to pay them off. all the other bill collectors that i have dealt with and here about it from others arent getting this much harress about them. i was will to pay the bill but it is to much for one person to pay if they have others just about the same about to pay.i want them to easy back on what they are doing and try to explain to the customers on how they run their business. i would never never want to deal with this credit card company ever again. everyone in custumer service was very rude and very unprofessional to me that was on the phone. only one person that i talk to was very nice to me. she didnt talk to me like i was a freaking idiot and was very paince too. but she didnt tell me that i had a deadline when i talked to her about the payment with the hartship. i found out the day before it was due. it is really not my fault that i didnt know when the deadline was. i was trying to call but i keep calling into work and get home late.
