bad treatment

I made a reservation and got an email saying that because it was a reservation with less than 48 hours, I needed to call the number Toll Free 1-800-447-1955. I called and spoke to a person that identified himself as JASON. Well, he asks me what is the itinerary and since I received the email asking me to call the number, I assumed that the person who gets the phone call is aware of the reservation, so he asks me all the questions from the website and he gets VERY ANGRY with me saying that I did not speak english and complaining about European Customers and HANG UP!!! YES, he HUNG UP!!!
I called again and ask him to speak with his boss and he said: I AM THE BOSS.
Now I tell: Is this a way of dealing with customers? I bet that 90% of his custumers are people from outside the US. How can someone feel happy with a treatment like this?
This guy is a stupid and is a shame for the company.

Rude, double charged, didn't receive services

I had friends in the states from Australia. They called Jason at NY Limo Coach & booked a limo for Nov 20 from the airport. They gave him the flight info & time & paid via Am Ex for services. He explained they would need to call him when they got to the airport since there were too many Delta flights to keep track of & just giving him the time and flight info wasn't enough. So they got to the airport & called Jason. He screamed, yelled, told them this is not the time they booked & hung up on them. Shocked, they called him right back only to be hung up on again. They then had their daughter call and try to reason with him, he also hung up on her. They told him if he was not going to provide them services, he needed to issue a refund. He swore and yelled & said not a chance. I then tried to contact Jason via email & reason with him & this is what I got. I think this speaks for itself:

THE SPECIAL NOTE HERE IS THAT HE DID PUT THE CHARGE THROUGH A SECOND TIME, THIS IS NOW FRAUD. HE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH HIS THREAT. THIS MAN IS CRAZY. THEY HAVE NOT ONLY REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE, BUT TO THE BBB, THE TLC AND AMERICAN EXPRESS.

I want to make this understood by you, , , When you booked the limousine, , , I was given the wrong flight number and the wrong arrival time !!
I did not hang up on them, , , there was simply a bad connection though the phone connection itself...and yes, , the time slot was taken by the driver where as I could have filled it with a legitimate pickup..The time of the driver was wasted that day by the negligence of the person who booked this reservation, , , and therefore there is no justification of refund !!!
And I hope and expect your full responsiblity for this !!!

By the way They SHOWED up 4 hours before the time you gave !!!
You are an incompetent person unable to live up to your mistakes, , , they got what they deserved PERIOD !!! I will take the charge a second time, , , , , Lets see if I can waste your TIME !!!
