TO, the head of department of education. That do not care about people will mental, wheelchair bound, etc. That we have a state or/and city, that help the disabled person, like have the benefit to help a person that needed some education or getting a G.E.D. I have plan ( still planning) to get some education, and the clinic of mental health. The social worker is not doing they job or not. The social is always be talking to person, or staff. Not helping me, or patients, of any help.
