So traffic agents are zero tolerance on box blockers- YES! But they should also realize that they create a problem wherein when they pull over a motorist who blocked the box - they should pull them over to a spot where they will not cause blockage while they issue the ticket. Another complaint is that should they be issuing a parking violation instead of a traffic ticket???

Another complaint in Canal street wherein on heavy traffic days - traffic agents are waiving traffic through and the drivers DO NOT know that their car plates are being recorded? No one bothered turning off the traffic cameras and they are just picturing away...
