HELLO ilive at the bronx marble hill houses and i have a problem with rain water comeing threw the bottom of my walls and windows of my apartment there so much water ihave pools that collect deep walltowall .i plan my life around the next big rain storm so ican be ready to stay up all nigth mopping buckets of water. ive lost many furniture clothing ect, management knows about me but they don, t care i really don, t want to push my luck and lose my apartment in dealing with nycha they are very good at makeing threats. Iam a well documented disable person.this is the only place i can afford to live. this is looming problem at the marblehill houses but there trying to keepmatters quite.

it's 1100pm MARCH 13. I have called housing about the water coming into the apartment from the windows and walls, ticket (10240583) it's already bad enought that i had placed a ticket in to fix the same window in hopes to prevent this. The ticket is in for that replacement/repair for november 2010!?!?. How many borken windows are there that i have to wait so long for a repair And now they won't come until till monday. when the rain is supposed to stop. i guess it's raining and they don't want to get wet. i have been DEALING WITH WATER since the morning and i am REQUESTING SERVICE. the top window is a double pane with one of them broken which lets in the water when it rains and the cold in the winter. now i am being asked to wait unitl next winter for it to be fixed. the last few time my apt has been inspected by the city, they noted the window, the glazer comes by looks at it then says - i dont have the right size glass for this- leaves and I never see them again and there goes another year. this is not right.

I moved into my apartment last year in October, I live on the 15th floor. For some odd/stupid reason these idiots decide to turn off the heat in my bedroom. Now dont get me wrong, I love the winter (cold weather) but I'll be damned, when I get home at 12am everyday there's no heat. I might as well sleep outside. I have made numerous calls/emails and put in tickets with the "emergency "team, what I get? A ticket number, the operator tells me someone will check on it in the morning. the following day, housing shows up and I have heat in my bedroom. The heat usually turns on at 6am-11pm NO FUCKING Good I dont like working13 hours to go home to a freezing bedroom. My bedroom is so cold, iciles form at the ceiling. It's so cold I have to sleep in the living room. The Solution from NYCHA: your line needs to bleed( we can only do it, during the summer overhaul) I have told them on numerous occasions, If I dont have heat in my bedroom come this winter I will sue the shit out of NYCHA!!!

I can never get to my case worker, she never answers her phone. I am a disabled veteran adn becuase of this inconvience I already lost my voucher.

This City is a disgrace.

And so are the LAZY CITY workers. I hope they get laid off at this office.

MY TEEN DAUGHTER LEFT HOME CAUSE NYCHA PRESSURED MY 20 YR OLD DAUGHTER DORIS WILLIAMS TO LEAVE, ALL THESE PRESSURES/STRESS THEY WANT A DOCUMENT STATING DORIS WAS DOING INTERNSHIP/VOLUNTEER WORK AT NEXT TO HOME DAYCARE IN BROOKLYN ON OCEAN AVE. SO THEY ARE THREATHENING ME TO TERMINATE MY SECTION 8 AND NOTHINTG I DO SATISFY THEM. I AM OUT OF MONEY ETC.
