This online sale company has the worst customer relation, I purchased a Gas cook top on line with the above web site . They did not accept Canadian Credit card . so I did the phone order and sent them the wire payment and received the email for the order conformation for the receipt of the payment and said that the goods will be shipped within 24 hours, and a email will be sent as soon as the fed exp scans the item. No email of the scan after 96 hours, I phoned and the sales or the company man did not answer my call, I have left numerous message and emails for the management person Mr. Russ, but never received any reply from him or the company, after six days I call again and got Russ on the phone and he said the goods have been shipped and he will send me the email .two days later no email . the 10th day I call again and Russ tells me that he can not get to ship the goods as the company does not want to drop ship, a totally different story he tells me now. and he said that he will refund me my money with the check and this was on April 18. 2007 today is April 23, and I called to see that if the check has been mailed, the answering message got turned on, so I tried the customer service I got Rita and she said that our refund person only comes in twice a week and she will do it as she comes in, I have tried to call Russ who took my order, he just does not answer my call.
