Oak Furniture Solutions of 16 Arlington Place Bristol did not deliver my goods. The took my money six weeks ago and every time I telephoned them or the courier, I was told complete lies all the time that it had been despatched. This happened on numerous occasions. They simply do not know what they are doing, except taking money. Every time I telephoned them, they told me it will be Wednesday and had been sorted and then on the Wednesday, they said it will be done by Monday, over and over again. They are completely incompetent and liars. I have now demanded my money back. I am still waiting...
