OAN and Verizon do not manage their businesses with their customers best interest. I was charged for voice mail which I did not request and it is not available in my calling area. These companies should be held accountable for their actions. When you try to get a refund you are told it will take from one to three billing cycles. They sure are fast in adding the charges for bogus services.
When I called the OAN for information they did not have my name as the person requesting this feature. I am tired of have to deal with these types of companies. So I have requested from my primary phone service that they block all 3rd party charges to my account without my authorization.
