Billing for Instant 411,inc-Directory ASST
Billed $14.95 for services called Instant 411, INC-DIRECTORY ASST. NO FEE The charge came to me on my AT&T Phone bill. Called and was told I signed up for it on the internet which I did NOT. They wanted me to pay the bill and I told them I would not as it was not mine. I was issued a credit finally.

Beware
I too was charged by OAN services. I did call 1800-713-9078 I spoke to someone. Of course they said I signed up for it. I said i didnt not(first off i get e-mails from ppl all the time and dont know who they are) so who is to say they just found my e-mail address?!? The first person I spoke with just kept repeating herself. So i asked for a superviser and spoke with one. they did are so they said they are crediting me the $15.95(oh phone company i have is Centurylink) I will find out in 2 billing cycles if i will be credited for it. Anyways yes i too have been part of this scam! Pissed off yes.

phone monthly service fee scam
Appeared on phone billed. I called them to find out what it was, they said someone ordered it online. My husband and i knew we didnt. It cost $19.01 a month. They removed our name from their service but made us pay that amount anyway. A couple months later it is back on the verizon phone bill again. They keep doing this and will not stop or take the amount they are billing us for off the bill. How can we get them to stop this fraud bill charge?

Did not ask for product and was charged
OAN Services, Inc charged my AT&T bill for services that I did not ask for in January. I called as soon as I saw the charge and asked for this to be removed and to credit my bill. I did not receive another charge in February; however, they did not remove the charge. I don't know who this company is, but can't believe AT&T still allows this company to bill there customers.

un-authorized charge
The service charge of $14.95 was listed in my AT&T monthly bill even I did not signed for the service. I've called OAN but they said I have signed it up online through my Yahoo account. OAN refused to refund the money.

fraudulent charges
Charges on my AT&T Phone bill from this company, never heard of them and never used them. I told AT&T as they were billing on their behalf they could spend their time and investigate as I had nothing to do with this company - and their fraudulent charges.

Eroneous billing
For two months this company has bill chages to my AT&T phone bill. I called them last month regarding these unauthorized charges and they agreed to remove them. I see the same charges to my phone bill again this month. Why does AT&T allow anyone to attach charges to their customer's phone bills?

OAN Services, Inc made an unauthorized charge to my AT&T phone bill. The charge was $8.23 for a YBS VM Monthly Fee. I did not authorize or request this service.

Fraudelent Billing
My AT&T Bill for Nov. 2009 included a charge of $8.94 from OAN Services Inc on behalf of Greenfield Data Services Inc. I had never heard of any of these companies or used any of their services.
On calling this company they quickly agreed to cancel the charge and service on my account. They had no convincing explanation on why I got billed beyond that a service was setup with my phone number and email over the internet in Sep. 2009.
The whole thing looks fishy and seems to be a trap for the people who do not review their phone bills carefully.

Unauthorized Billing
Since 2009, Access Savings, LLC has billed us for voicemail services that neither I nor anyone in my family authorized. Supposedly, we signed up for voicemail services. We had them cancel the service twice.
But once again, our September phone bill (landline) reflected a charge from Access Savings, LLC in the amount of $16.22. We phoned immediately to cancel and were told that they had a letter from a website proving we'd signed up for the service and the charge was valid. They offered to send a copy of the letter to the email address I provided. The email never came. They also refused to provide the name of the website this "letter authorizing them to provide this service" came from.
It is now October 2009 and OAN Services, Inc is demanding we pay the amount they state we owe them plus an additional $16.22 because we haven't payed the previous amount. We refuse since we never authorized this service and told them to cancel which they stated they would do but haven't.
The now $32.44 charge ($16.22 + $16.22) is being disputed through AT&T.
