On my latest AT&T phone bill there is a line item from OAN services for $15.85. I don't know what OAN is and have never ordered any phone services from any compnay other than the regular phone service that I have been receiving from AT&T. It is absoluately outrageous that this OAN company is allowed to rob and steal money from average households.

Received unauthorized bill for EMAIL SRV 866-422-7058 on Aug 4 in the amount of $14.95 which appeared on my EMBARQ phone bill. EMBARQ has indicated on their billing statement as "THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS". I have called EMBARQ to complain and the person I talk to, they don't entertained this kind of complaint, instead I was told to call the OAN SERVICES, INC telephone number if I have billing inquiries. This is the second time that they have charged me, the first one was for $10.95, a collect call which I did not make. Please help me resolve this billing error. I want to dispute the unauthorized bill for $14.95 and a refund of $10.95.

I was told that their listing was free only to find a $42 bill later. I've been looking for the credit since January. They don't return calls. If this continues will pass the complaint on to WI Attorney General.
