Cramming
Charges of $14.95 started appearing on my Verizon bill in October 2010. Complained to Verizon- still on November bill and they added another $14.95 to the bill for November. Verizon filed a cramming complaint.

Unauthorized Billed Services on Verizon
I noticed that an $18.03 charge was added to my February phone bill. I notified Verizon and they removed the chanrge. I had to call OAN to cancel the account. I asked them how I had come to order their services and they said that I filled out some form on the Internet, but they could not tell me where it was. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!

fraud charges on phone bill
The oct and nov phone bill had a charge on both months for $14.96 each. This was on my AT&T bill. i paid my phone bill but didnt pay the Oan part also i calle the phone co. and told them that i have never heard of this co. and didnt know what their services were. I also e-mailed the co. and told them that i didnt intend to pay them but they never responded.How does these companies get away with this? I am on soc.sec. and cant aford that kind of payment even if i used it. Was just out of the hospital with a Quad. by pass and dont need this service. Joe Beauchamp

UNAUTHORIZED BILLING
THIS COMPANY HAS FOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS BEEN CHARGING MY AT&T PHONE BILL FOR WHAT THEY SAY WAS DATA STORAGE. FOR THE RECORD I NOR ANY ONE IN THIS HOUSEHOLD AGREED TO THIS TRANSACTION. FURTHERMORE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. AFTER THE FIRST TIME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (SHERRIE) TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD BE PUTTING A BLOCK ON MY PHONE NUMBER TO ENSURE THERE WOULD BE NO MORE MYSTERY CHARGES. SO HOW DID THIS HAPPEN AGAIN? I ASK. ITS A SCAM. THIS COMPANY IS STEALING FROM PEOPLE AND ITS JUST PLAIN WRONG. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS ON-LINE ABOUT THIS COMPANY BILLING PEOPLE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. WHEN DOES IT END. WILL IT TAKE SOME PERSON GOING POSTAL TO PUT AN END TO THIS. ITS UNFAIR AND IN THIS ECONOMY ITS JUST OUTRIGHT UNACCEPTABLE.

Charges on my phone bill
They claim i order services from them at my email address, but from what i been reading these companys are using information you/we provide from entering sweepstakes, surveys, Good housekeeping magazine is one. Just one where before you subnmit your information at the bottom of the page is a subscptions to their magazine. Hopefully ATT can reverse the charges. OAN said i am repsbible for the 1 st that B.S.

Phone bill
I was charge $47.98 on my at&t phone bill from this company which I have never heard of before. This Person or persons are getting rich dropping charge on phone bills and any other bills, that they can getting away with. So I would like to know what can be done about it.

Fraud
Frauduently Charged my EMBARQ phone bill for services not requested. Got info from third parties. Blocking all third party billing from now on. EMBARQ send charges back to them. Filling with Ohio Attorney General. Contacting Feds also. This is not the only company to do this recently. Watch your bills CLOSELY!!

Unathorized charges
I just recieved a charge of 12.95 on my centurytel phone bill and OAN SERVICES INC stated that I had signed up for this service online and that it was for TRAVELERSVMAIL.COM I got rather irate with the woman I spoke to and told her I dont ever sign up for anything online and she said she would be glad to credit it back to my phone bill in one to two billing cycles. I said thats just crazy for something I never signed up for! Then I called Centurytel and told them I was not going to pay the 12.95 from that company and they said that I didnt have to and they were going to put it in dispute!

Billing Fraud
The OAN Services, Inc has scammed by phone bill by charging me $9.75 per month for email storage. What a joke! I already pay for internet serivce and web provider, so why would anyone want to pay for email storage.

I had a charge on my phone bill for 8.43 for Greentreedata set up fee. I never agreed to this service.
