The charge was Ge Exchange who was the clearing agent for For Web hosting Gold Which I never order anything from.The billing is For OANService. Inc.Their Web Site is www.oanweb.com .GE Exchange Service phone no is 800841-9070 but there is never an answer.
	January 1, 2008 DID NOT APPROVAL ON BILL I DID NOT APPROVE THIS CHARGE ON BILL.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN. I WILL BE CONTACTED PHONE COMPANY TO REMOVE.
