Sexual spam
I emailed this company a while back for a quote and ever since, I keep getting a ton of spam from this company...all sexual spams!! This company is crazy, hard to believe their real!

Horrible company
Wow, I had to share this. My friend forwarded this to me last night right when she received it. She didn't want to post any other complaints online, but people should know about this company!! Look at the email they sent to her last night...all because she had asked them for a quote online (she was shopping around for the best price in town) and then called them to advise that their emails were rude and unprofessional. Hopefully this company goes down!!! Here's the email:
"I don't think you could operate shit or know what good service is since you are not able to pay for it (cheap price please). There must have someone paying for your trip from your trailer park. You are turly a Jerry Sringer case and we don't need you and your welfare case in Canada. Please let me know on your arrival date so that we can close the borders. You are not truthful because my prices are lower and you are just some unhappy women who thinks the whole world has to kiss your ass. Your phone call to me was not more than three seconds after, but you know what it sounds like, its me, me, me. You really shouldn't insult people from your trailer park the way you have me. I am sure I wouldn't even waste my time with you but I must assume nobody has ever been honest with you. This business is just like anything other business we try not to lower ourselves but I guess you have found someone who would. I am very happy I didn't lower myself and we are very professional and we don't take anybodies crap or abuse that that you have tried to deliver to extort a lower price. You asked me for a cheap price and please fell sorry for me because I can't afford a good limousine company and a cheap place to stay. Com'on Lady it is expensive here, please stay home we don't want you here and become a burden on us. I been doing this business for 5 years now and may I suggest you rethink about being HUMAN.

Worst customer service ever!
I felt that I should post this complaint somewhere...I am planning on going to Niagara Falls this coming May for my wedding/honeymoon. I have spent countless hours researching places and prices to make sure that I am getting the best deal around. When we decided that we would not be getting a rental car, I began emailing several limo, shuttle, and taxi looking for the best companies to use. Below is my original email, followed by this companies very unprofessional response!
After reading their response, I felt that I should contact this company and just inform their manager about this unprofessional response. A women picked up the phone and when I asked to speak to a manager, she informed me that the manager was not in and asked if she could help me. I advised that I had sent an email asking for a quote and received a rude email back and felt the manager should know about it. She then advised that she was the owner and manager and that the response I got was my fault because I was asking for prices on hotels and they do not work with hotels because they are a limo company. I advised that my email was strictly to get a quote on their transportation service and that my email already stated which hotel I was staying at. She became frusterated with me and said, "(sigh) let me give you to the guy who sent the email to you" and put the phone down. With nobody on the line I could here her say, "hey Rick, that lady from the email is on the phone. She thinks your email was rude." Moments later the man who sent me this rude email (Rick Cheeseman) got on the phone and immediately said, hang on. He was on another phone and all I could hear was, "uh huh...uh huh...uh huh...ok, " then he got back on the phone with me and started yelling at me regarding my original email to him. I tried to explain to him that I was only asking for a quote and that his email was very unprofessional. He again started yelling at me and accusing me of calling his company cheap. I told him that I was not calling his company cheap but that i was trying to find the most affordable transportation service. Rick then advised that he would re-read his email to me. He then began explain (again) that I need to contact a third world country as that's all I'm going to be able to afford since it appears I am too cheap to travel anywhere. He continued yelling at me and would say comments such as "look lady, you don't go calling a nice company cheap. Maybe where you're from, its ok but here its not." I apologized to him telling him that that was not what I was trying to say and he cut me off by saying that he accepted my apology but then continued to yell at me (very loudly) so I hung up because I felt this was unacceptable. Moments later he sent me the last email shown below trying to justify his actions. Then later in the day sent me an actual quote like I had originally asked for.
I feel that this whole experience with this company was unexceptable and if this is how they treat their potential clients, then they should not be in business. I work in a customer service enviroment as well and I would never dream of being this unprofessional to anyone that I worked with, even during my converstation with Rick, I still had great customer service. Being a customer service company, this man should have understood that not everyone talks the same way that they do in Canada and there is no valid explination as to why I desearved his first email response or the response I received over the phone. I hope something is done as this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am still in shock about it!! Thank you for your time!
