This is exactly not a complaint but very good service I’ve received from the Oberon support team brilliant is all what I can say I had a hard drive failure and I lost all my serial numbers and download links, from the time the mail was send to their support team and the reply was about 10min could then start downloading all my games again and the way they have send it to me was just for me to copy and paste in my new Serial backup directory, Again well done to the support team of Oberon
