DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHAT-SO-EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT YOU, OR YOUR PROBLEMS!!

Billing
I purchased ONE Online game from Oberon Media and was billed THREE times. I CLEARLY requested that the company refund the cost of the two additional charges, but they responded that I could pick out two more games. This is clearly a scam.
When you go to cancel your membership, their website claims that they are going to automatically bill the difference that you owe for your 12 month contract. You have no recourse and are unable to get out of this scam without being billed each month.
After reading the complaints board, it's clear that Oberon Media is scamming a lot of people and should be shut down.

Billing $6.95 per month without permission
Oberon Media which purports to provide game downloads is clearly a criminal enterprise using obfuscation and trickery. There is no way to get through to Oberon with any complaint. They are hiding on the web while they collect monthly fee that the credit card company won't stop.l

oberon media opend an account for me but i did not want it thay are taken monney out of my bank each month i onley waned to buy 1 game i sent them e mails lot of them thay sent me 1 back saying i have got to keep this account but i dont want it [email protected] |

Oberon online is part of MSN. I wish MSN would look into what Oberon is doing or does MSN care. Oberon will take your money and give you nothing. Ripped off. Watch out for this company.

unauthorized billing to my credit card
Who ever gave you people the right to charge my account for items not authorized?
Be advised that if there is not a satisfactory solution, the RCMP have been informed and there will be serious consequences.While you are putting this item right you can also cancel my account from further transactions as what I thought was a good relationship has become very uncomfortable.

chargingfees after cancelation
I cancelled my game's subscription in march 2010 and Oberon are still taking the subscription from my bank
no matter how many emails I have sent they say I am mistaken. that they are not deducting money from the account.
We are now in 2011 and again they are still taking this money from my account.
How on earth are we able to stop them. the sum they owe me is £4.40 per month for a year. This is not right

fraudulent billing
charged my card for over a year, 7 bucks a month. cannot reach them, cannot stop the charges. i had to systematically stop using my AMEX (which i had auto-paying many of my accounts, total pain) and cancel my card to get it to stop because amex could not stop them from doing it. these guys are the worst - total scam artists in the guise of big business. shame.

I was charged for something that I did not authorize. I would like a refund of the entire amount of $76.45 and an explanation as to why I was charged.

Really bad support and billing methods
This company is a scam in motion, unchecked and unbelieveable. You buy a game from them, then they supposedly give you an activation code which never works and then somehow you end up signing into a one year contract to there inept gaming setup. I`ve been getting billed for months of service that`s so frustrating to use and/or get any problems resolved for that you just give up due to the frustration . Not any more, if you have this problem go to the credit card you used for the billing and dispute this web site/business they will probably get back to you, if not they at least won`t be getting any more of your money.
