I must have accidently joined their membership in Nov 2009, but do not remember doing so. Each month since Dec 09 monies have been removed from my a/c.

I have cancelled this several times and they still continue to take monies out of my a/c.
It would be appreciated if this matter can be resolved as soon as possible. Being 80 yrs of age this is not helping my health.

I want to cancel my subscription. It was suppost to be for two months only, but you are still taking money out of my account. I want it to stop.

begining in dec of 09 oberon double charged me for my membership fee. at that time i had only enough money in my checking account to cover my $6.95 fee. because of that i bounced. my bank charges a $37.00 fee just for bouncing plus $6.50 a day for each day it is overdrawn. it was overdrawn for two days so thats over $50.00 there. when contacting oberon they did refund me $6.95 and said they were not responsible for the rest. even though i would of never had bounced if they had not overcharged. the bank almost would not help me with my fees because it was not there fault either. i wrote to oberon and said that i wanted my membership cancelled. also i had to cancell my card. then in january of 2010 my account bounced again because i was charged again for my membership that should have been cancelled. so again i had a overdraft fee of $37.00 plus the $6.50. again i had to contact oberon again. all they would refund was $6.95 because what doesnt show up on their accounts does not matter. i had to beg and cry to my bank just to getr help. if you have any kind of problem with oberon media please contact me at [email protected]. i beleive if we get enough people together we could take them to court. this is not right and they should be held accountable for everything they have done. i have already contacted bbb in new york and they told me to contact a attorney. we can make them pay for their bad buisness and make them say they were wrong.

This isn't a complaint, per se--I just have a question about Word Mojo. I bought the game in 2004 and have loved playing it. My question is: do I have to purchase the game again just because I got a new Windows 7 computer? I still have the license name and my License Code/Registration Key. It sure would be great to be able to have you download it on my new computer without having to pay for it again. Could you let me know a s a p, 'cuz I miss being able to play the game.

Oberon Media aka Yahoo Games is pathetic. I recently had to close my Yahoo account and when I contacted them to change my login, they told me I would have to sign up for a new account, and they would cancel my old one. Well there's 2 problems with this. 1)You cannot just "sign up" for a new account. It costs money, and 2)when you sign up, you sign up for a whole new 6 month commitment, when I had already fulfilled half my commitment on my existing account. Well, I email Oberon Media, and they were friendly and promised a refund, and assured me I woudnt have to commit to a new subscription. I asked several questions regarding this in the following emails, and they promptly replied to me each time, sometimes even answering me within an hour. So I felt I could trust them.

BIG MISTAKE. I signed up for a new account believing they would cancel my old one. I emailed them promptly after signing up to tell them to cancel my account, but guess what? I never heard from them again. I have emailed them well over a dozen times on 3 different email addresses, and still no reply. Nada, nothing, zilch. So I filed a report with the BBB, but the BBB is also full of it as Oberon Media is a "client" of the BBB. I have also filed chargeback complaint with my credit card and replaced my credit card altogether. After the BS they put me thru, I would NEVER in my right mind pay another cent to them, regardless of whether I owe them 3 more months or not. Oberon Media, KISS MY ASS, you guys are a bunch of LIARS!!!
