I'm making this complaint in behalf of my wife who a few months back subscribed to the Game Saver service of receiving a computer game a month for $6.95 each. There is no problem getting the games on a monthly basic but so far our credit card gets charged twice for every game received. It's next to impossible to talk to a person to correct this problem. Their only method of contact is online and they never respond with a reason why this is happening.
They refuse to cancel the subscription unless they charge for the remainder of the membership.
I don't want to cancel but I'm tired of having to call the credit card company every month.
