Last Sept when I was browsing the internet I read about this product offering free trial, so I ordered. after 2 days someone called me to confirm the order, I said I changed my mind and cancel the order.I did not give my mailing address.Last December my husband noticed that our chase credit card was being charged monthly with the same amount of $86.42 by 3 different companies, first from Oberry, then Wellnesslab, then Superweightmax.I have never received any of their product.When I called them last Dec.24 I spoke with Patricia their supposed supervisor, I was promised that will refund the amount within 5-7 days.No refund came. Last Jan. 13, I called them again and spoke with Patricia who said to check my e mail, when asked how much was the refund, she said just read the e-mail.Checking my e mail it said they will refund $86.42 and will be processed in 30 days.
I called them back and questioned why only $86.42 when they charged me $86.42 three times, I was told that the Sept bill was over 90 days and cannot be refunded.To this date I have not received any refund.
