I called T-Mobile to see why I have this $9.99 charge for "premium services" and they led me through the process of finding out that oboonews.com has been charging me $9.99 every month. I didn't know who they were and I've never opened one of their texts. I just delete them. And I only have gotten about one per month. I guess that that one message every month is enough so that they can register their charge on my bill.
I'm looking to see if anyone has started a class action suit against these oboozoes. I'm with you!

What if someone has made calls using my phone and I haven't given her permission - do I still have to pay?

Read my att mobile bill today and found an unauthorized $9.99 charge for a subsrciption to oboonews.com on my wife's cell phone. She had no idea what this was or how it got added to her phone. Have never used this service, and it appears to be a totally bogus scam. I called the number on their web page and had the subscription cancelled immediately. I will be calling att about this also, do not intend to pay the current and and any future charges to oboonews.com.
