My husband and I have recently moved into the area and we will be starting our company here in Ocala FL. We have been given the run around with the electric company. The company that was in this buldg before us was a lighting company and they left a huge bill of about $1800. So when they told us our deposit was going to be $1040 we thought that was to high and that they wanted us to pay for the company that left that old bill. We received the bill in the mail and the amount was different then what was first told to us it was $1689.49. My husband went to talk to them and the customer service rep looked at the bill and said someone read the meter wrong and she took off $327. When he asked about the rest she said she could not do anything so he asked for a supervisor. He sat there for about 10 to 15 min and the rep came back without the supervisor. The rep gave him some rules and said these are your options.
What kind of customer service is that!
