I bought a Belkin Wireless G router (October) last year and have it brought for repair last May 3. I was advised that it will take around 2 to 3 weeks for repair and get some update on the status since they asked me to indicate my contact number on the job order slip.
I called two weeks after and were not able to get any substantial info from the customer service department. I was refered to their main office and got some assistance and was told that they will personally look my concern and will provide update re: PROGRESS of my request.
As today June 10, 40 days without a router, I havent received any call/updates coming from the company or the main office. I am totally disappointed with the type of service that I am getting from a company they consider themselves to be the biggest computer store in the country.
I would definitely think twice if I were to buy major or expensive items from their store. They might be competitive on their prices but definitely their customer service is way below satisfactory.
