I went to take the Keratin Defrizzer treatment costing $340 at Odyssey Hair Design. Earlier when i had inquired about it they said that it would straighten my hair for a period of 6 months. But immediately after two days of the treatment procedure the hair were back to normal and were not straightened at all.
Further, i asked them to make compensation for the treatment or re-do it to which they said they would not be able to guarantee me the success of the treatment once again.

When i tried to call them they would conveniently ignore my calls. After many days of constant calling they send me a letter giving me an option of $150 gift certificate alongwith some other options of some other straightening treatments. When i went to redeem it they went back on their words and completely denied the offer.

Moreover they started blaming for coming in late with the letter. The person who i was talking to - Mr. Jerry also lied saying that he had given a 3 months notice on that letter. Nothing of that sort was written on it. He further lied saying that he had given my sister a free haircut as a compensation to my hair disaster.

They totally cheated with my money and Jerry lied too later. It was when i decided to file a complaint.
