Worst Service Ever
We needed some parts for our son's Jeep with the intention of going down to fix it on the weekend. My husband ordered the parts and an installation kit on Monday, May 23rd. On each item, he paid for 2 day shipping. He also called and spoke to customer service to be sure it was going to be shipped out in time for when we arrived that weekend. All items showed clearly on the website as "in stock" so there should have been no shipping delay.
The installation kit shipped out on Wednesday and was delivered on Friday. They didn't send the master kit we ordered. They instead shipped a mini-kit but charged us for a full kit. The mini-kit is useless and has none of the crucial bearings and shims we need to complete the job.
They didn't ship the parts until Friday so we wasted our time driving down as the actual parts never arrived. We had believed the tracking number we received were for both orders until we received the second tracking number on Friday during our trip. We can't wait to see what they sent with that but I'll be shocked if it's even what we ordered.
After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, my husband is now on the phone with "Cassandra" from customer service. She barely speaks passable English and claimed they would ship the missing parts from the installation kit. When he asked her how she knows what's missing, she couldn't answer him adequately. He told her that was unacceptable and we want a new kit mailed immediately and we'll send back the other. She then came back to say that the mini-kit is what you get when you order the "master" on the website. Here is the parts list of what we ordered from their website:

MOTIVE GEAR MASTER KIT -- Fits Dana 35 IFS axle; For ring and pinion with 7.562 in. diameter, 1.376 in. pinion diameter, 26 splines, 8 bolts; Includes Timken pinion bearing, pinion seal, Timken carrier bearings, gear marking compound, crush sleeve, pinion nut, brush, Loctite adhesive, cover gasket, ring gear bolts, pinion shims, and carrier shims; With Motive Gear's limited 6-month or 50, 000-mile warranty.
Fits: Rear Dana 35.
We got no bearings, half the shims, hardly any of the bolts, no crush sleeve. Most of the items that were listed in the kit are not in it. There were about 8 items in the "Mini-kit" compared to what was advertised. "Cassandra" is blaming the manufacturer.
The final result is that we will probably have to order the parts from a reputable auto dealer, pay the extra expense, and dispute the charges from the parts bin with our credit card company. The customer service department is a joke.

Billing and Non-delivery
I ordered a muffler for a 1998 Jaguar from Parts Canada in January of 2011. I was told one to two weeks delivery. Three days later I was billed $186.00 US from OEM Parts Bin in California. Is Parts Canada their phoney store front? It is now May 24, 2011 and still no muffler. Parts Canada does not respond to emails, or prefers not to. I expect that I can kiss that money good bye. Stay away from the two companies mentioned, I know I will never, ever order another car part on-line. Never pay up front for something, as you are not likely to receive it.
P.S. anyone looking for Jaguar parts in Canada or the U.S., I highly recommend Berkshire Motors in Toronto, Ont. Canada. You will get what you need including excellent service. Stay away from the scam artists in the U.S.

FRAUD! SCAM! STAY AWAY!
WHAT A JOKE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ALSO KNOWN AS PARTS BIN, OEM PARTSBIN, AUTOPARTSWAREHOUSE, DISCOUNT RADIATOR PARTS. HA!! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY HAS 4 DIFFERENT NAMES? A SCAM THATS WHO!
PURCHASED A RADIATOR FOR A LEXUS - THEY CHARGED MY VISA CARD 192.15 ON OCT 1ST 2009. SUPPOSEDLY TRIED TO DELIVER WITH SOME COMPANY CALLED ONTRAC? WWW.ONTRAC.COM WHICH IS A LIE - WHEN I CALLED OEM CST SERVICE THEY TOLD ME THE ADDRESS DIDNT EXIST, THEN THEY SAID NO ONE WAS HOME THEN THEY SAID THAT I HAD MOVED??? WTF!! UHM NO. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS IN THE PHILLIPINES, FYI EVERYONE, NO ONE COULD HELP ME, THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND REFUSING TO OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THEY SAID FIRST IT WAS SENT UPS, THEN THEY SAID DHL NO NO NO IT WAS FED-EX. WHY CANT THEY FIGURE IT OUT? IT WAS ACTUALLY SENT THROUGH ONTRACK. SO WHEN THEY TRIED TO REPLACE MY ORDER, I HAD TO WAIT 4-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE A NEW TRACKING NUMBER?? WHAT A CROCK! THEY HAD IT SENT BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSE ON FRIDAY THE 9TH AND BY THE 12TH THEY SAID THEY HAD SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE? THATS FUNNY SINCE THEY DONT DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND. EGH!!! LIARS! FINALLY CANCELLED THE ORDER - IM GOING TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK SINCE I ALREADY HAVE NO FAITH IN THIS COMPANIES ABILITY TO DO ANYTHING.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

wrong part, no credit
Ordered a left tailight for my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they sent the wrong part. I returned it with their form with them paying the postage. It was rejected and returned to me after several weeks. Paid for it with VISA and complained at the time. VISA said if I still had the part, they could not reverse the charge.
