I, TOO HAVE TALKED TO THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE AS TO WHY I OWED THIS BILL. THEY SENT A COLLECTIONS TO NOTICE TO MY EX-INLAWS (I HAVE NEVER LIVED THERE) AND CALLED THEM GAVE THEM CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS AND PLEASE SEND ME A BILL. WHILE I WAS LOOKING INTO A CANCEL CHECK WHICH MY BANK HAD TO GET COPY OF DUE TO PAID SO LONG AGO. I GET THE COPY OF THE CHECK AND STILL NO BILL I THEN SEND THEM A LETTER ASKING AGAIN TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND SEND ME A BILL SO I CAN RESOLVE THIS MATTER. IT HAS NOW BEEN 6 WEEKS NO BILL. ATTACHED A LETTER I SENT TO THEM. I HAVE NO BALANCE DUE TO ATT WIRELESS AND DO FEEL THIS A SCAM. IF IT IS NOT THEN SEND A BILL AND LET'S FIX THIS. I NEED TO SEE WHAT I OWE BEFORE PAYING. THIS IS HURTING MY CREDIT AND I HAVE MADE THEM AWARE OF THIS

I am writing in regards to the collection notice, I received from your company looking for payment on a collections account. I apologize it is taking me so long to get back to you but the mailing address you have for me at 11 Walker Lane, Queensbury, is incorrect (that is my ex in-laws she contacted me and forward the mail to me) the correct mailing address is 00 Maple Ave, South Glens Falls, . So can you correct the mailing address system while we are trying to resolve the issue of this balance?
I also had made a payment back in 02/15/09 Ck#144 for $152.20 to CCA Account#16670705335. Closing the account out. I had to get a copy of the check from the bank due to the age of check posting and date of your new bill sent to me. After investigation my bank found the check and forwarded me copy back and front of the check.
I have also contact ATT Mobility in regards to this. They said there is NO balance due and according to the records the CCA check of $152.20 closed out the collection of any monies I may have owed. I then called your office and requested copy of a bill while waiting for the copy of the check from Glens Falls National Bank asking for a bill from your company which I think is the same company I paid back in 02/15/09. I haven’t received a bill even though I gave the representative my correct mailing address.
I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible, with a statement and some investigation on your part to find out why you are sending me a statement when according to CCA and ATT the account is closed.
I would also request that this be removed from my credit report as the account has been closed and paid. I have forward a copy of the letter to the credit agencies so they are aware of the error.
