Consultant promised that they will refinance or modify our loan via short sale refinance since August 2008. As of today, my loan has transfered to another lender and OF Lending has not done anything to show positive result. They demanded $4800 as fees for their initial work. I have negotiated to pay only $2000 which they've accepted. They initially communicate weekly with the lender and update us via phone or email on a weekly basis. Then, as we complaint more as to why there is still no result, they pushed our file down the stack. The owner/manager has made a decision for his staff to contact us twice a week. With such bold statement from the manager, needless to say the staff took advantage of that and ended not responding to our emails pleading for answers and not returning phone calls. We are seeking the refund of $2000 from OF Lending which they have promised that they will return if the clients are not satisfy with their service delivery. Shall wait and see. Shockingly, we've noticed their old business address is listed on the web and their website is suspended. We're afraid to know the truth.
