Off duty officers INC. is a company that obtaines contracts for securing locations in the private and public sector. They have guards that are retired and new, armed and unarmed. ODO as they are often referred as, has a great concept. There are some issues. The management at ODO i.e. Juan Santillana (so-called previous Marine) has little if any ability to communicate with the officers. He claims to be a ex-Marine but displays little if any qualities any that our men of uniform possess. He is a fraud. He doesnt care, respect or honor anything. Unless he really needs something. Their tactics are diabolical when hiring and dismissing employees. Such tactics as changing your pay after you have worked hours and never giving your money back. Or even cutting hours without prior notification. (In many circles this would be called stealing or indecent at best) The attitude when they take over a contract is take as much from the guards as they can. Fire who will not take lower pay and replace them with garbage guards. They can in fact get contracts for cheaper because of this. They promise the client a lower cost for services. Then they go in and cut the pay of the guards. Some even suggest all the while giving themselves bonuses. They have a tight three man click . D. Packwood, J.Santillana and a Office admin. None of these people can be trusted and never work for them. They dont keep promises and no matter how much you do with or for them they only respect money. They dont have honor and can never be trusted. Do not hire them for services or work for them. They are not as they appear. When they leave a company they leave it in disarray and confusion to cause disruption. BEware!!
