I bought a D-Link modem from them for my Comcast internet. I was supposed to receive $60 in Mail-in-Rebate in 4-6 weeks. I sent all the rebate forms, papers and everything in Aug 2nd week. And waiting for my money since then. I started calling them after 6 weeks and they said that they haven't received my rebate yet. Later when I kept calling they informed me that they have just entered my rebate in the system and that was October. Then they asked me to call after 10 busines days. I did so. This time they informed me that I should receive my rebate check in 7 business days which was approx Nov 10th. But when I didn't receive anything by Nov 15, I called them again. They asked me to call back after 10 business days. And since then I'm calling and calling and just calling. Every time I call they say that the decision is pending in the background. Allow some more time and call us after 10 business days. Thus now I'm sure that I'm not going to get any rebate check. I've lost my money. But this is just a word of caution to all my fellow-shoppers who'll fail for lucrative offers by offerwire. They are cheats. Don't buy anything from them. Coz you're never going to get back your mail-in-rebate check. They are just a bunch of crooks

I went on Bridgeline (offerwire) to get Comcast Internet. I was to recieve a "free" modem and router. I had to pay for these two items with a rebate later. When I received them, I found out that they are not compatible with the Comcast in my area. I did not open either item. I am attempting to return these items for full refund but I can't get anyone to help me with this. I had to pay upfront and now I can't get my money back. I am also wanting the $75 rebate offer but can't get anyone to help with this. My order number is 387770543. Please help. [email protected]
