scam
I would assume Offerwire and Comcrap are in bed together. I was repeatedly lied to by Offerwire who is a COMCRAP RETAILER. And guess what, Comcrap plays dumb with any questions about Offerwire and completely washes their hands of the subject.
After jumping through numerous hoops to get my rebate on my router and modem, I was told I did not submit my paperwork in time and there will be no rebate. Hmmmm I'm pissed but not surprised. COMCRAP, you trying for the number 1 spot on the worst customer service list AGAIN!

No refund on returned products
I ordered wireless internet service from Comcast after they assured me they could provide service, but after receiving the modems I got a call from Comcast saying they could not offer service to my house afterall and to return the products. I promptly returned the unopened box to UPS with the label provided me by Offerwire online. Later I confirmed with Offerwire. that the box had arrived (11/16/09). I called a few weeks later (12/1)to be told it would take up to two weeks to show a credit. That seems a bit excessive. I called just now only to be told again that they had received the returned products and would be reminding the corporate department of my refund (now 15 business days have passed) and another 5 or 6 business days for "corporate " to respond. Is this Offerwire policy? Comcast is going to hear from my lawyer if no credit has been issued following the 6 business days.
