Dear Support and Support Team Lead,
I want to inform you that I am very unsatisfied with the OffGamers.com support services.
Now about my issue.
Some time ago I opened an account for me on your site with username "[email protected]" and tried to buy a WoW-US CD Key using my PayPal. I failed to do that and was refunded. I contacted you by leave chat and was told that a that moment you was not able to accept payments from credit cards and PayPal. I was told that you were going to solve my issue but you failed to do that till now. Right at the same time I was able to buy the same product with my PayPal account but using my friend's OffGamers account!!!
Recently, I have opened for me another OffGamers account "[email protected]" and now I have the same issue. Again the only thing that I have is that you are going to solve that soon. I am sorry, but how can I trust to that if my first and similar case was not solved as was promised???
I short: Can I be sure that you will solve this issue and I will be able to use my (VERIFIED) PayPal account soon?
Also, I want to be sure that the corresponding technical management team is aware about the poor serves and support quality that you have.
Please, do not offer me other payment methods as a workaround.
