This schools faculty lied to each and every person who attended. In my case, and many others, They falsfied who my teachers would be they told us 'famous' broadcasters would be teaching us, that of course was a lie. They also told us that the job placement was somewhere in the 90% range and that also was a lie. I was told from someone who actually worked there that she should 'stretch the truth' to get more students to apply and when she refused to lie she was fired. I went there and when i spoke out about this the faculty began to harrass me it was straight out of a movie, im so serious. they then wanted me out and they were doing everything in their power to get me out but that was only after finacial aid finished paying them thier money. These people are crooks and they know there are NO jobs out here for these students. They need to close that school down and believe me if someones willing to join the fight id like to be the one to bring them down, so that this never happens to anyone else. I mean even the people that did the commercials for themj couldnt get a job, oh and heres their little secret so you wont be surprised when they realised that they were a an awful school before graduation they told us that their secret was that we had to teach ourselves, wow, so now they tell us, well being that i wasnt trained in any area of broadcasting, i think thats a crock of sh*&!!! We also had a couple of mentally retarded people there who they wanted us to 'watch' on our internships which by the way are nearly impossible to get, being that raggady WVKO has closed down, so they can no longer use the students for free work. Which brings me to another point, The internships are hell trying to get and you recieve absolutely no help from the faculty unless of course your one of there 'favs' and you may get to watch someone push buttons at their job. But heres the kicker, you put in absolutely every application you can you work like hell to get an internship and you go on tyons of interviews but still no one gets an internship, why? because the idiots at that school keeps giving everyone the same internship paper and the positions were filled classes ago, because there are a very small amount of tv and radio here and whats even worse after al that work you still get on academic probation when you are not placed in an internship when the faculty kbows full well its nearly impossible they are still required to punish you for not getting one! Very bad choice in schools, very very bad choice please do not consider this school it is awful, and if there are any rebuttles you should be ashamed of yourself!
