Avoid the Insults
The man in charge, and likely owner, embarrassed me, talked down to me, degraded my engine, didn't want my business and sent me elsewhere while laughing with his team at me. Highly unprofessional . I walked in as a new customer. Hearing about this place from an acquaintance, I thought I would start giving them my business. I had a list of items needed, tech questions, and wanted to set up some service appointments. He greeted me and heard I had a list and said "Oh F**** here we go!" and turned to his technician and said "You better bend over hard he has a big one for you!" When he found out I had older engine he said it should belong in a museum and I should never had bought it without consulting with him. Before I told him what I needed he sneered "What can we do you for? A ring job?" I actually maintained my composure and let the remarks continue to go. For 15 minutes I tried to find some reason for this continued insulting. Finally I came to my senses. When I turned to leave he asked me if I needed help in finding the other dealership up the street. That is how he was going to help me. I went to open the door pushing when I should had pulled and collided with the door. He damn near fell over laughing at me. That incident was in the office so he had to laugh loud enough for his buddies in the bays to hear it. You can lose customers, you can lose potential customers. This place simply made an enemy. I was left with the impression that he would no more spit on my engine let alone take care of it. I deserved none of it. Do Not Bother!
