I took my car in for an oil change. Upon arrival, I told them I was unemployed and not to charge me for anything else except for the oil change. As I was waiting, a man came over to me and said that I needed a new air filter. I told him that I could not afford it. He told me that it was only $10.15 so I said ok. I paid for the bill and when I got home, I noticed that he charged me $19.15 for the air filter. I called them up and explained the problem. I asked if I could come up there and write them out another check minus the 9 dollars since money is a big factor with me right now. He said no. I said thank you for your time and hung up.

You know what? Your motto is a trust thing? I think it should be changed to its a rip-off thing. You should always remember that what comes around goes around.

Not only did they lose me as a customer. I told about 10 of my friends who go there and they will never go there again. So stick your trust thing you know where.

We had our oil changed on one of our cars and right when we got it hope it started leaving oil really bad. We took it back to speedy oil and told them what happened. They checked it out and said the oil pan was stripped. They said we have to get a new oil pan from the junkyard and bring it back to them and they would put it on for $70-$80 bucks. We had our friends mechanic look at it and come to find out it wasnt stripped at all. He put a new gasket and new drain plug in it and it works just fine.
They have no clue what they are doing over there. They hire these young boys who think they know everything about cars and they dont. I will be telling everyone never ever bring their car there. They could really damage someones car!
