My girl friend's phone had some problem. She went to this company to find out why and this is what happened.
1) Check Phone that hangs, and said is battery problem.. after paid. 5 minutes later phone hangs again. sure it's not phone problem. (lag of experience worker)
2) Asking for refund, they said that their system cannot refund after key in. (useless system).
3) Being rude to customer by ignore customer and sit down while she waiting for them. seems like we are not there. (not acceptable)
4) I went there the next day, i'm angry at the way they treating me. and gave me the same excuse that their system cannot refund. and i have no choice to threatening them by launching a police report then they agree to have a mutual price item refund. i agreed and gave me a cheap memory card reader. The issue that made me piss off is that he throw that card reader on the table. (Being very not professional and Rude).
