Quick to charge for product but slow to ship it to you
I have been doing business with this company for awhile now and so far have been satisfied until my most recent order. I placed it on 1/5/10 only to be contacted on 1/12/10 and told that my order was being voided because they did not have the item in stock that I had chosen. They did go ahead and credt me store dollars to go back in and purchase something else. I did this on the same day, 1/12/10. It is now 1/15/10 and my order still has not shipped. I called on 1/14/10 and was told it would take up to 72 hours to ship out so by 1/15 it would be done. Of course it was not so I called back again today and was basically told "I don't know why it hasn't been shipped out and the warehouse is now closed until Tuesday 1/19/10" so now I have to wait to call back for my third time to check on the status of my order and why its not shipped. (Not to mention the 3 emails I have sent to customer service that have gone unanswered)Perhaps they allowed me to once again purchase an item that was not in stock??? Have to say customer service is not the greatest since they don't really even try to be creative with their answers as to why they are not living up to their agreement that is advertised on their own website about orders being processed 24-48 hours once payment is received. It will be going on 15 days since I originally placed my order and still have yet to see anything shipped to me. Of course they took my money as soon as I placed the order but they are sure taking their sweet time sending me what I purchased. Telling me "I don't know" for why my pkg hasn't been shipped to me is totally unacceptable. I'm positive this will be my last purchase with this company. BEWARE!
