Sales Rep advised they don't sell the floor model. They do. Tables they clean up before delivery, furniture they vacuum, before delivery, but I have found old stains in the cushions of my couch, and covered up scratches on my tables. The end tables were discontinuted along time ago. They no longer have my set on their show room floor; when asked, they said they had a persistant customer. I ordered a stationary reclining chair, when arrived it did not work, and have had a rocking recliner at no choice of mine. Very Pissed at being lied to. If they had told me they were selling me the floor model due to the fact that they couldn't order items due to them having been discontinued, I would have accepted that, and taken the information as a sign of respect. To lie to me, is so disrespectful, and I have no desire to return there.
